Build a live working set from network data – then add what only your team knows
Unlike a stand-alone spreadsheet, each row stays linked to the person, organisation and relationship context that produced it. Add research, team judgement, owners and next steps without copying the source record into a second system.
Keep the set. Change the view.
An analyst can review fit, a lead can assign owners and an operator can track follow-up without making three copies. Each View keeps its own fields, order, size, filters and sorts over the same linked records.
One row, one current decision
Change the work and keep the reason beside it
A saved View keeps the fields, order, widths, pinned columns, row height, filters and sorts needed for one task. Nested rules can filter linked people and organisations alongside the values the team adds. Typed person and organisation fields and other field editors change the work itself; row comments keep the team’s judgement with the record it concerns.
Share one set with the right people
Let people review or change the Table without sending a copy
Keep a Table private, give named people read or write access, invite someone by email, share with current members of a work domain or publish a controlled link. The item records where each person’s access comes from.

Public sharing
Give an outside reviewer a controlled read-only link without sending a copy. Turn the link off when the review ends.
Sample only · This link is disabled. Exact visible fields and actions follow the public table response and link scope.
Current sharing model. Exact rights depend on ownership, grant source, link scope, and the action being taken.
When the team needs to work by stage
Move the same opportunities into Boards so everyone can see what is waiting, what moved, and the relationship context behind each card.
